We just had Southgate Glass install two 12' French doors. Larry our project manager was exceptional and so was Eduardo and his team. We're lucky other glass companies didn't return our calls. We experienced top level service and product and highly recommend.

Do you have holes in your screens that allow flies to spit on your food and mosquitoes to sting you in the ass while you are trying to sleep at night? Are your screen doors and sliding glass doors hard to open or do they keep falling off their tracks? Do you have similar problems with closet doors and sliding shower doors? Do your shower doors have so much hard water build up that you are embarrassed to have anyone see them and all of the cleaning products you have tried don't seem to work? Do you have dual paned windows that have failed to the point that they are so fogged up that you cannot see through them?
I have had South Gate Glass help me with every one of those problems at one time or another. They carry hard to find replacement hardware. They have come out and replaced the glass in windows for me. They have built custom screen doors and window screens for me. They have supplied me with cleaning products to remove water spots.
They have always been competitive price wise and have taken care of my problems in a timely manner. I have gotten to the point that I don't even bother to go anywhere else.
FYI: They do not carry auto glass. LOL

Thrilled at the price, product and professionalism. Rick came out same day as we called to take measurements and our window was replaced the first day we were available. The job is immaculate. Called Home Depot in 2009 to replace a mildewed dual pane (half the size of this one) and were told the pane couldn't be replaced. It cost us more than 3x today's job since we had to get a new window - that doesn't match our others. Strongly recommend Southgate Glass - my small job was treated with importance. They'll be who we call when we are ready to re-window our home.

As you know we recently had Southgate Glass replace eight windows and two sliding glass doors in our home. We are extremely happy and wanted to thank you and your employees for a job well done. Larry did a wonderful job in working with us to choose the windows and sliding glass doors that would best fit our needs. He helped us with little details like a new style doggie door that fits right inside one of the sliding glass door panels. What an upgrade from the cumbersome extra panel that we had to deal with before! His suggestion to install the chocolate brown exterior color to blend better with the colors of our exterior walls and trim worked out very well also. Then Ron and his crew did a great job on the install. They showed up on time, were professional and were very meticulous in their clean-up. Plus they finished when they said they were going to finish. You should be proud of your employees.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank your for replacing the windows that were mistakenly prepared and broken. In addition, I want to confirm what your installer Jerry found when he installed one of the windows.
After Jerry had completed installing the last window, he noticed that the space bar on each side of the window was showing at least a quarter of in (1/4”) on either side of the window. His statement was: that is not right and should be replaced”. I ask if he was going to report the error and he indicate he would and re-measured the window. Jerry also indicated that it would be about a week and that he would come to install it. I wanted to confirm that I was reported and to make sure the window has Low-E glass.
It’s in my opinion that Jerry is a very conscientious employee and wants the job to be completed professionally. Thank your for the service you have given me!

I recently had my home installed with Milgard windows by your company, and I want to tell you how pleased I am with the windows and the men who installed them. Ruben and Aristio were outstanding with their conscientious attention to the details of taking my old windows out and replacing them with the new windows. They were careful not to damage anything and did clean up each day they were here. Ruben, in particular, made sure that the two windows that had to be replaced fit by color and style in my older home. He took down my window air conditioner and when he reinstalled it, he made sure it was on a much more secure foundation than originally fitted. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all his effort in helping me with my home.
Willie Davis was the first person I talked to about replacing my windows, and because he represented your company ethically and fairly, I felt safe to go through Southgate Glass. Everything he said he would do, he did to assist in the completion of the job. When I didn’t know how to get some window coverings down, he took time on his day off to make sure they were down before the installers came to replace the windows.
Three neighbors have already asked me who I went through to install my new windows, and because of the fine work of your capable staff, I felt comfortable in recommending Southgate Glass & Screen to then. My only complaint was that Aristio revealed he was a Lakers’ fan, but I won’t hold that against him since they lost to the Spurs.
