My company will be leasing a building that needs place glass window insurance, which led me to seek an estimate for our insurance company. Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with out new windows and sliding glass doors. What a different they make! We live next to I-5 and we could always hear the roar of the freeway. Now it is like the freeway is not even there! It’s GREAT!

My husband and I just wanted you to know how impressed we were with your installer Eduardo and Aristo. They were always at the house when they said they would be, so organized and neat. Although there was expected noise that goes with the installation process the two of them were exceptionally quiet. This really impressed me because as mentioned we have a cat who gets stressed out by everything especially people. Their quiet work was much appreciated and lessened the cats stress. I wish to take this opportunity to thank your for replacing the windows that were mistakenly prepared and broken. In addition, I want to confirm what your installer Jerry found when he installed one of the windows.

After Jerry had completed installing the last window, he noticed that the space bar on each side of the window was showing at least a quarter of in (1/4”) on either side of the window. His statement was: that is not right and should be replaced”. I ask if he was going to report the error and he indicate he would and re-measured the window. Jerry also indicated that it would be about a week and that he would come to install it. I wanted to confirm that I was reported and to make sure the window has Low-E glass.

It’s in my opinion that Jerry is a very conscientious employee and wants the job to be completed professionally. Thank your for the service you have given me!

I realize that only highly skilled craftsmen can create and install a custom fitting shower glass without the use pf metal trim to compensate for minor alignment issues. It is obvious that your installers take great pride in their work.

I recently had my home installed with Milgard windows by your company, and I want to tell you how pleased I am with the windows and the men who installed them. Ruben and Aristio were outstanding with their conscientious attention to the details of taking my old windows out and replacing them with the new windows. They were careful not to damage anything and did clean up each day they were here. Ruben, in particular, made sure that the two windows that had to be replaced fit by color and style in my older home. He took down my window air conditioner and when he reinstalled it, he made sure it was on a much more secure foundation than originally fitted. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all his effort in helping me with my home.

Willie Davis was the first person I talked to about replacing my windows, and because he represented your company ethically and fairly, I felt safe to go through Southgate Glass. Everything he said he would do, he did to assist in the completion of the job. When I didn’t know how to get some window coverings down, he took time on his day off to make sure they were down before the installers came to replace the windows.

Three neighbors have already asked me who I went through to install my new windows, and because of the fine work of your capable staff, I felt comfortable in recommending Southgate Glass & Screen to then. My only complaint was that Aristio revealed he was a Lakers’ fan, but I won’t hold that against him since they lost to the Spurs.

Your name was on the card that I found on my gate several weeks ago which left to my call. I am assuming you are the owner or manager of Southgate Glass. And in keeping with the Golden Rule, if I was in your position, I’d like to hear about customer satisfaction.

Both the gentleman who came out to give me the estimate on 4/19 and the young man who installed the patio door this morning were courteous and efficient…and wasted no time! The installer went the extra mile and did a few extra things which were tremendous help since I’m in the great-grandmother category. I am writing to show recognition of the excellent work of one of your employees, Leonard Corona. Leonard has come out to my home several times in the last year. Each time he has been very courteous, with an “aim to please” attitude. He has proven that he can handle any window and screen repair with finesse. He has installed a large beveled bathroom mirror and several sunscreens. He has also replaced several windowpanes and repaired one window. He has fixed others people’s mistakes such as removing “difficult” windows without scratching the windowsill and fixing our window that had an inappropriately sized counterbalance. When he replaced my screen door, I pointed out some problems with the installation. He promptly fixed the problems. All his work was down with great care. Leonard is the reason that we have continued to do business with Southgate Glass & Screen.
